1. Key component and parts purchasing.

2. Order process and contracts administration.

3. Keep frequent cost analysis, continuous improvement in cost control.

4. Help purchase manager to optimize the purchase process continuously.
协助采购经理不断优化采购流程。
5. Manage and track supplier performance.
管理和跟踪供应商绩效
6. Help purchase manager to coordinate and manage the workload within the team, assuring different Purcahsing processes and sub-processes, applying best standards and optimizing purchase function in order to achieve company’s strategy & objectives.
协助采购经理协调和管理团队内部的工作量，确保不同的采购流程和子流程，运用***标准，优化采购职能以达到公司的战略目标。
Requirements:
岗位需求：
1. Bachelor Degree, major in mechanical is preferred.
大学本科学历，机械专业优先
2. Good at Microsoft Office, especial Excel, and SAP experience is preferred.
擅长办公软件，尤其excel，有SAP经验者有限。
3. Fluent English in verbal and written
流利的英语口语和书写能力
4. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in purchasing.
至少5年以上采购工作经验
5. 2 years of supervisory experience in an international manufacturing company is preferred.
2 年以上跨国制造公司的管理经验者优先
6. Business negotiation, cost analysis & control skills
有良好的商务谈判，成本分析和控制技能
7. Good analytical and negotiation skills and sense to work tight deadlines.
良好的分析和谈判技巧，抗压能力强并能在紧迫的期限内完成工作
8. High execution, strong accountability and result oriented(e.g. being proactive, highlight issues, follow up and problem solving)
高执行力、强烈的工作责任感和结果导向(如:积极主动，抓住重点突出问题并跟进和解决问题)
9. Capability of coaching and developing team members in daily work.
