JOB PURPOSE :
SZ station is an important and sizable site in CEVA China, daily incoming calls ,pouches and visitors need to be handled by receptionist. In addition, receptionist is the symbol of professional company.
Functional Responsibility :
· Operate telephone switchboard and process all incoming calls
· Answer telephone and route calls promptly
· Register of Visitor
· Jot down messages when colleagues are busy or out of office
· Greet visitors and make waiting time as comfortable as possible after notifying pertinent individual
· Sort and distribute mail to all related departments
· Record and distribute all incoming registered mail, parcel and courier pouch
· Daily sort and weigh all outgoing mail. Affix appropriate postage using postage meter
· Keep records of conference room and meeting room booking
· Verify courier service and distilled water billings
· Update list of travel/leave schedule of managers, and telephone list
· Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks assigned
· Lock and unlock front door from Monday to Friday

Knowledge, Experience & Skills:

Education & Qualifications:college degree or above

Experience:at least one year

Specialist Knowledge & Skills: Fluent Mandarin and Cantonese; good English;

Good Computer skill

Interpersonal & Communication Skills:good
