Position Focus: Responsible for resolving complex engineering issues for the continuity of company operations. Appraises technological developments and investigates feasibility of new techniques. Works independently as a senior engineer in engineering projects. Provides technical advice to junior engineers.

Job Description:

? BCM, PEPS, RKE, TPMS, T-BOX, AM/FM, SDARS, GPS, GSM, CDMA, TV, UHF and others used in automotive applications
? Development of new innovative products for future automotive applications
? Schematic and circuit board design
? Design and development of products according to Lear HW design process
? Working in a small team environment closely with software, mechanical and system engineers to develop optimal solutions to complex problems
? Participating in hardware requirements generation, design, implementation, and testing discussion with multiple team members
? Working schematic design and define guild line for layout of Printed Circuit Board (PCB)
? Support system level integration of multiple hardware designs while working with software developers for debug, test, and requirements verification
? Experience in Documentation Control and Business Systems (Engineering Release, Change Notice, Cost Estimation, Manufacturing Process, etc.) is vital.

Qualification:
? Bachelor or Masters preferably in an Automotive Electronics Engineering environment.
? Minimum of 5+Bachelor or 4+Master .
? Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in HW design
? Automotive wireless experience such as BCM/PEPS/RKE/TPMS/T-BOX product
? Experience with function safety product development (Got ISO26262 FSE certificate)
? Experience using standard electronics equipment required: oscilloscope, power supply, multi-meter, logic analyzer, network analyzer and spectrum analyzer, diagnose circuit problems, and analyze test data is necessary.
? Circuit design skills are expected with the ability to model and simulate these circuits, perform worst-case analysis, and understand the components used and their models.
? Experience with Applications Processors based on ARM® Cores Methodical
? The ability to signal integrality analysis .
? Experience with electronics CAD software (Mentor)
? Meticulous design documentation, and attention to detail
? Good communication with team members, and ability to provide and receive constructive criticism
