ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Responsible for accurate reporting of all accounting and financial operations of the facility. Position requires all financial reporting meets compliance to governmental institutions as required by Law

2. Perform forecasts by analyzing financial and operations results and highlighting areas of concerns to business and operation managers. Direct and coordinate the preparation of budgets, working with business and functional managers. Review forecasts and improve forecast accuracy.

3. Manage tracking budget/forecast achievement. Drive improvements.

4. Responsible for providing support to Business Unit Managers (BUMs) and Business Unit Coordinators (BUCs) in financial matters.

5. Provide financial analysis data to management for business plans and business strategies decision-making. Elaborates financial statements in a timely manner. Responsible for coordinating financial analyses with the financial close.

6. Provide material margin analyses, PPV, SPV

7. Improve asset management, identify and avoid credit risk for the company. Control the authorization process of payable accounts and cash transactions. Review the appropriateness of internal controls and risk management.

8. Ensure all inventory exposures are covered by looking for excess inventory and increases in inventory levels.

9. Manage and supervise of treasury function including cash management, financing, and FX exposure management. Ensure that cash cycle days are minimized and improved in an ongoing basis

10. To assist the Controller in managing Finance Department functions including Forecasting, Closing, Financial Analysis, and Payroll

11. Manage, guide, supervise and ensure staffs maintain high standard professionalism and attitude to their jobs. Ensure staff's awareness on corporate policies.


KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Must have solid experience in MANUFACTURING finance, accounting and cost control, familiar with accounting regulations, US & PRC GAAP and IFRS; have commercial acumen combined with risk awareness, be able to structure and analyse a great and complex amount of data; be able to achieve results with constantly changing priorities. Have excellent communication and problem solving skills. Have good English, and Mandarin language skills, and be familiar with Excel.

Other requirements:

1. Solid finance/accounting working experience in manufacturing site for more than 5 years with 3+ in managerial position
2. Good at cost analysis, finance reporting & internal control
3. Mature and capable to work in matrix organization
4. Comfortable in high pressure working
5. SAP knowledge
