Responsibilities:
1) Lead and drive the end to end execution of hyper converged hardware projects from product definition to design implementation, validation and all the way to production. Release qualified and flawless product design to manufacturing;
2) Focus on next generation Intel Xeon server product design. Interfacing with marketing team, propose product solutions and architecture, implement product specifications and work with supply chain team on product cost reduction, be responsible for the daily operation of the projects;
3) Co-work with design platform teams: Software, SI, Layout, Mechanical and Thermal. Lead issue debug and troubleshooting;
4) Review NPI test plan and test report, define product safety, compliance etc requirements;
5) Contribute to NPI to MP transition.
Qualification:
1）Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science
2）A minimum of 5+ year hands on EE and system architect design experience, better on enterprise product development(e.g. server, storage, networking);
3）Experience on Intel x86 platform design;
4）Wide knowledge on system aritecture design;
5）Strong debugging and testing skills;
6）Strong organization and planning skills;
7）Excellent communication skills
