Job Summary:
Act as a key regional coordinator and contact window with global team and communicate with local marketing team.
Be responsible for ORS products LTO (limited time offered)/pre-launching success.
Strategic analysis of portfolio management.
Expected Outcomes:
1. Effective communication between global and local marketing team:
Provide GC’s feedback and suggestion and communicate with global team;
Coordinate global team’s requirement to local team and communicate back.
2. ORS LTO/Pre-launch success:
Develop global aligned positioning and LTO strategy for GC region;
Develop GC localized communication plan and related communication material;
Set aligned GC LTO strategy and sales target.
3. Provide more strategic analysis for future plan:
Analysis market trend/industry insight;
Analysis Nu Skin internal data;
Provide strategic plan suggestions.
Education & Experience:
1. Bachelor degree or above is MUST, with major in Marketing is plus;
2. More than 5 years' product marketing management experience and at least 2 years in manager role is MUST.
3. Cosmetic/nutrition industry background is strongly recommended.
