职位描述：
4年以上后台开发经验，熟悉java,j2ee等技术。
熟练掌握SQL或者oracle数据库。
愿意学习新技术。
英语可以简单交流。
有保险经验最好。

4+ years’ experience in Java;
3+ years J2EE/J2SE experience, familiar with SpringMVC, Spring Security;
2+ years’ software architect to design and develop enterprise web system.
2+ years’ RESTful interface design and development;
3+ years WebSphere WAS/Tomcat and etc. experience;
3+ years’ database and SQL experience (e.g. DB2, Oracle and etc.);
2+ years of working experience on web front-end development with HTML(5), CSS(3), JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery and etc.;
Familiar with Java Unit Test;
Familiar with common software architecture models and a variety of algorithms and data structures e.g. multithreading, network programming (Socket, http/web service) and etc.;
Proficient in Internet related applications such as Web Browsers (e.g. IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome) and Web Servers (e.g. IIS, Apache, Tomcat, IHS);
Reasonable Object Orientated Design and development skills;
Good understanding of SDLC -Software Development Life Cycle in software development;
Desire to learn new technologies;
Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines;
Able to promptly answer support related emails, phone calls and other electronic communications;
Excellent communication and documentation skills in both Chinese and English (Plus);
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills;
Entrepreneurial spirit or enjoy working in a startup environment;
