一、 职位描述：
1. Job description:
1）负责无刷电机驱动器产品的原理图设计、PCB绘制，元件选型，电路调试工作，编写调试报告；
1) Responsible for schematic design, PCB drawing, component selection, circuit debugging, writing and debugging reports for brushless motor drive products;
2）根据调试结果，提出合理、可行的解决方案，并对原理图进行必要修改；
2）Work out the reasonable and feasible solution according to the debugging result, and make the necessary modification to the schematic diagram;
3）根据功能需要，修改并调试硬件驱动程序，编写调试报告；
3) Modify and debug the hardware driver according to the functional requirements and write the debug report.
4)能独立制定并执行项目开发计划，保证项目按时完成；
4) Be able to work out and implement project development plan independently to ensure the project is completed on time;
5)编制开发过程中的产品规格书等各类文档；
5) Write product specification and other documents during the development process;


二、 任职条件:
2. Qualifications：
1）本科以上学历，电子工程或自动化专业毕业，5年以上工作经验。有扎实模拟电路，数字电路基础。
1）Bachelor degree or above, major in electronic engineering or automation, more than 5 years working experience. Solid analog circuit, digital circuit foundation.
        2）能独立绘制原理图，PCB板图。熟练使用Protell或Cadence、等绘图软件。
2）Can draw schematics, PCB board independently. Skilled using Protell, Cadence or other PCB design software.
        3）对电机控制、BLDC控制、驱动电路有深入了解，掌握Matlab等常用仿真软件，熟悉产品测试技术、有相关工业产品开发经验。
3）Familiar with motor control, BLDC control, drive circuit, familiar with Matlab and other simulation software, familiar with product testing technology, relevant industrial product development experience.
4) 沟通表达较好，良好的团队协作精神和严谨的工作态度。
4) Good communication and presentation skills, good team work spirit and rigorous work attitude.
5)熟练使用电脑， 精通英语口语和书写。
5）Good computer skill, proficient in english writing and speaking.
6）对单片机熟悉，熟悉C语言或汇编，能独立编程。
