职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.采购工作统筹策划，合理的控制商品的采购价格；
Procurement planning, reasonable control the purchasing price of goods;
2.负责国内外的订货工作，经总经理批准审核组织实施；
Responsible for domestic and international orders work, approved by the General Manager.
3.公司相关物料的寻价、比价工作；
Search and compare related raw material price..
4.组织与供应商签订采购合同，建立合同台账，并进行合同执行情况监督；
Organize procurement contracts with the suppliers, and establish the contract list and contract performance monitoring. 5.处理日常进口活动,包括及时、准确地提供进口报关文件,并跟进等。
Daily import operations, including timely and accurate delivery of import documents and follow up. 6.收集/检查单据和必要的信息的商品进口,以确保所有符合海关要求。
Gather/check the documents and information necessary for the import of goods, to ensure all compliance with customs requirements.
 7.与代理报关公司沟通合作。
Communication and cooperation with the customs agent company.
 8. 负责进出口报关及相关交付的记录跟踪。
Responsible for customs clearance and delivery related to the recorded track. 9. 仓库每日进出帐管理，根据入库单、发货单及装箱清单及时更新每日数据；According to the stock-in note, stock-out note and packing list update the warehouse data.
10.总经理要求的其它职责
Other duties as requested by the General Manager.

Qualification:
1.本科学历以上，机械背景优先考虑
Bachelor’s degree or above. mechanical background is preferable
2.5年以上采购工作经验优先考虑
More than 5years of Purchase working experience is preferable
3.熟悉ERP系统
Be familiar with ERP system
4.能了解成本结构
Can understand cost structure
 5.良好的沟通和谈判技巧
Good communication and negotiation skills
6.良好的英语口语和书写能力
Good English both in oral and written.
7.团队工作，努力工作，自信
Team work, hard working, self confident
