1. Human Resource Plan –According the company development plan and strategy, make company human resource plan to meet the company developing requirements.
1.1 Identify staff vacancies, draw up the human company organization and make headcount plan.
1.2 Prepare for the HR budget according to headcount plan, recruitment plan, training plan and etc.
2. Recruiting and Allocation –Recruit, interview and select applicants and allocate human resources, ensuring appropriate matches between personnel.
2.1 Define department function and draw up the job description for each position;
2.2 Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, turnovers, and absenteeism rates to ensure company human resource demand;
3. Training and Development –Analyze training needs to design employee development project.
3.1 Set up a training system which includes annual training plan, employee orientation and employee development;
3.2 Set up a good trainer team, a realistic implementation plan and the reliable training appraisal methods;
4. Performance Evaluation Management –Establish, enhance and follow the company HR & admin regulations and make employee performance evaluation system.
4.1 Draw up KPI employee evaluation system, implement and monitor the execution;
4.2 Ensure all the human resource data achieve the company monthly KPI target;
4.3 Set up all human resource and administration management regulations.
5. Compensative and Benefit – Base on government policy and marketing status, analyzes wage and salary report to determine competitive compensation plan;
5.1 Conducts wage survey within labor market to determine competitive wage rate;
5.2 Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements;
6. Work Relationship and Safety – Build up a bridge between company and employees.
6.1 Deal with employee work relation issues such as termination, promotion, employee satisfaction survey and etc.
6.2 Be responsible for company EHS and safety policy implementation and management;
7. Admin work – Manage all admin work.
8. Others – Prepare for all company audit issues and other work tasks assigned by leader.
