Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Basic skill for AutoCAD is mandatory and 3D software is preferred.
Familiar with basic theory of Project Management.
Having been trained in APAP&PPAP, and practical experience is an add-on.
Basic skill in MS Office.
Fluent communication with stakeholders in English.
Job Target
Effectively managing the project with deliverables meeting requirements of customer.
Fully understanding customer requirements and taking accurate feasibility analysis and cost calculation.
Main Tasks
Collecting customer requirements, which includes drawings, engineering standards, general supplier manual, and other documents. Taking archive accordingly.
Taking feasibility analysis and cost calculation after receiving RFQ from sales department.
Formulating reports or presentations for new project, which may serve as clarification for specific concern of customer or initial proposal for new project of customer.
Maintaining the basic data for cost calculation.
Maintaining the standards database and licensed technical handbook.
Maintaining basic data in ERP system.
Formulating project time plan according to customer input information.
Monitoring the progress and taking record of project.
Summarizing the project management and updating lesson learned.
