Our client is the leading supplier for industrial plants and components for thermal and thermo-chemical heat treatment of metallic parts.

Job Title: Production Manager
Reports to: CEO
Responsibility:
- Being responsible for all production processes including production, planning, and warehousing
- Being in charge of final production of heat treatment systems
- Efficient planning of production in accordance with capacity of the plant and in accordance
with the need in the workshop
- Ensuring that goods needed for production are timely planned for delivery and warehousing
- Efficient stock-keeping in accordance with the needs of the workshop
- Weekly planning of workshop staff allocation
- Ensuring strong leadership and efficient allocation of production staff resources
- Close tracking of production progress in accordance with production plan and defined delivery
date
- Ensuring timely delivery of externally manufactured parts (include in production planning and
management)
- Guaranteeing top standard quality for self-manufactured equipment and for externally manufactured
parts
- Keeping a close cooperation with production facilities of externally manufactured parts
- Managing the production team for all final mounting activities of equipment at the client the
client’s site until commissioning starts

Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor degree in mechanical or similar studies
- Minimum of five years’ experience in production planning and management, preferably in the
machinery and equipment industry
- Being a strong leader
- Knowledge of English
- Very good knowledge of MS Office – and further electronic data processing skills as a plus
- Open minded, trustworthy, and flexible in different work approaches
- Excellent communication skills and capacity for teamwork 举报 分享
