Job Descrpition
1.Responsible for Production equipment electrical related PM work, CM work, equipment upgrade and troubleshooting.
2.Responsible for facility equipment related upgrade and major project, PM and CM work, and Internal & external communicate.
3.Manage and maintain schedule for new equipment installs, create and manage all new equipment installation and commission
4.Provide technical support for all plant equipment operations, such as drawings and information for maintenance projects and assisting functional equipment and facilities selection
5.Manage spare parts to support production running consistently
6.Provide an off hours contact and assistance for emergency repairs or issues
7.Work closely with Production Supervisors in assessing the adequacy of maintenance support

Job Requirement
1.Bachelor degree and major at electrical or mechanical engineering
2.Above 5 years’ work experience in facility field and experienced in Electrical Control and Power Distribution, especially in Manufacturing of industry equipment
3.Special equipment management experience is preferred
4.Be good at English in speaking, reading, listening and writing
5.Have practical experience in automatic control, equipment operation and HVAC
6.Have good experience in facility equipment preventive maintenance
7.Have electric certificate and be better with boiling and refrigeration certificate
8.Familiar with China safety regulation and specification for facility equipment.
9.Strong in communication and with team work spirit
10.Strong intention at implementation
11.Proficient in Siemens PLC, be good at Siemens S7-200/300 modify and monitor
12.Be good at program writing and troubleshooting
13.Be good at HMI interface for Siemens , Inventor MM440 series
14.Familiar with B&R is preferred
15.Be able to draw the circuit diagram with EPLAN 举报 分享
