RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:
? Receive visitors/customers in the office in a proper manner and in charge of visitors registration.
? Receive internal and external calls; Responsible for telephone & switchboard operation; message recording & sending; Update telephone directory timely.
? Maintain office facilities in the mail room, such as copier, fax machines and shredder.
? Prepare door access card by updating information to the access system and distribute employee badge.
? Air tickets reservation for travelers according to company policy; Check monthly bill and expense payment application.
? Find local hotels with competitive price and sign contract; Hotel booking for travelers and guests.
? Monthly stationery order with dept. requires; Check monthly bill and expense payment application.
? Booking meeting room with requires and keep it cleaning.
? Prepare outgoing mail and parcels and maintain postage records; Check monthly bill and expense payment application.
? Visitor receiving; Show smile and politeness to visitors and guide them to related dept. and ensure good housekeeping of meeting room; Supply drinks and snack service; Book meal for visitors.
? Admin daily usage purchasing.
? Other support if necessary.
REQUIREMENTS (education, experience, competencies and specific job requirements):
1) Education:College degree or above, major in English, Business Administration, or other related majors.
2) Experience:More than 1 year’s relevant working experience;
3) Knowledge, technical/professional skill:
4) Language Skill: Good written and verbal Mandarin and English abilities.
5) Others:
