职位描述：
-Assist North China BD Head to implement all affairs related to business maintain and growth in Tianjin and Hebei province market. Lead & Manage TSN BD team.
 
-Input into C-VIEW and address customer's inquiries and concerns immediately.

-Interface and communicate with all related products and departments to set SOP to ensure smooth operation to minimize customer's complaint or service issues. For any service failure occurred, timely response and report will be taken to lessen the impact.

-Be responsible to push AR collection if have.

-Have good sense to identify sales opportunity, conduct sales calls and customer visits within the TSN and Hebei province through conversion, retention and penetration activities to gain more business.

-Refer to the yearly announced "Sales Incentive Plan" to strictly follow up the principle to meet the minimum sales quota and the set KPI in a required period.

Associate, Bachlor or above degree
Over 3 years experience in sales Manager Role
