职位描述：
Job responsibility:

- Invoice/T&E processing for assigned countries
- Payment runs for assigned countries
- Invoice On Hold identification and resolution
- Past due resolution and vendor statement reconciliation
- Identification and resolution of payment rejections
- Group Mailbox monitoring and administration
- Month End Close of AP module for assigned countries
- Account reconciliations
- User Acceptance Testing as needed
- Answers inquiries from suppliers and employees
- Support auditing
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree, major in Finance or Accounting with more than 2 years relevant experience in multinational company;
- Good communication skills and team work attitude;
- Good command of both spoken and written English;
- Detail oriented, well organized with strong sense of responsibility,
- Proficient with Oracle ERP preferred;
- Shared service centre experience preferred;
- Working with multiple currencies and subsidiaries; 举报 分享
