Responsibilities:
Calendar management & following:
1.Calendar follow up and maintenance which is base on president`s assignments
2.Organizing and arrangement of conference
3.Advance reminder to president base on the Calendar arrangement & subject in daily
4.Specially supporting will do-well base on president assigned;
Admin management
1.Checking on the work attendees of direct report subordinates in daily Inc travels, outside working time etc
2.The department & personal claims & signed documentation managements
3.The important documentation management is including customer contract, subcontract, NDA, LOI etc, record and trace is original & deadline date, original & hardcopy holding etc
4.Reception working is base on the allocation of president
5.The deployment, organizing and budget control for team building;
Sales supporting:
1.Responsible for the market spread activity base on the assignment of president
2.Regularly making updates for presentation is base on the form request and specially tasks
3.Record, trace the sales performance is base on the company policy and rules.
4.Good commercial sense will be used for contract negotiation and contract modification
Operation management supporting:
1.Checking & tracing the customer billing and receiving activities which are base on the contract terms then making report to president
2.Checking & tracing the payment & paying date to subcontractor or carrier of trade cost then making reporting to president
3.Monitor and tracing the general reports of department to be sure if regularly running. Inc project implementation, operation report, KPIs, accident & complains
Coordination:
1.Coordinate with Finance department and Contract logistics operations to monitor and recheck the finance data & figure for contract logistics department regularly;
2.Coordinate with company admin to completely monitor and implement all policy of company
3.Others assignments

Position Experience / Qualification:

Knowledge & Educations:
1.Good English writing
2.Sound knowledge of MS office especially professional PPT
3.More than 3+ years logistics industrial working experience
4.Bachelor degree or above
Skills:
1.Fluent Spoken English & Mandarin basically, it’s better spoken German is priority
2. Excellent writing in English & Mandarin
Attitude:
1.A matured professional with positive attitude
2.Oriented
3.Pro-active, with a high energy level and high degree of common sense and resourcefulness;
