Manage and perform HR function of China in order to fulfill company’s strategies, goals and plans.
Provide a comprehensive strategic HR support that enables the organization to execute company business strategy. To attract – recruit – develop – retain the talents and competencies needed to build and sustain a highly motivated, multinational team that acts honestly and professionally in all business activities. Ensure company has the right person with the right competence in the right seat at the right time, now and in the future.
Be an active member of the Management team for Plant and Sales.
Be an active and challenging speaking partner to the Plant Manager and Sales Manager supporting the development of the organization.
Responsible for Organizational & Talent Development APAC

Duties and responsibilities: List the primary job duties and responsibilities using headings and then give examples of the types of activities under each heading. Using headings and giving examples of the types of activities to be done allows you to develop a flexible job description that encourages employee to “work outside the box” and within reason, discourages “that’s not my job.

Drive the development of HR strategy and processes in China. Make sure the policy and procedures meet not only Chinese Labor Law and regulatory requirements but also the human resources market and company business requirements
Support the growth development of China
China Talent acquisition; strategic workforce plan, attract (Employer branding), competence based recruitment, on boarding, succession planning
China Talent development; assess & develop leadership and talents, drive & support continuous improvements
China Talent Support: Develop and drive Performance culture, compensation & benefits, HRIS
Support, advise and coach managers in all areas of people management, to ensure that they manage behavior, attitude and performance results by proceeding, not least including the following:
o Recruitment
o Performance management
o Training & Development
o Orientation and Induction
o Salary meeting
o Career planning and Talent review
o Phasing out
APAC Organizational and Talent Development; foster developing concept among the organization and develop sustainable Training and Development system and program for both operations as well as sales organization. Enable the sustainable talent and successor development for supporting business strategy. Support Change management; communication, leadership and management support
Contribute to Asia HR competency build up as well as global cooperation and best practice sharing among Global HR
Other tasks assigned by manager.

Qualifications:
Human resource/business administration University level
8-10 years of experience within HR
Managing experience, 2-3years
5 years of experience within Organizational and talent development
Business financial understanding (org. dev in strategic perspective)
Strong business acumen and sound judgement
Identifies and develop talent
Motivates and inspires
English Fluently
