职位描述
Responsibilities
1. Develop policy, training and implementation plans for the business which reflect current best practice, corporate social responsibility and changes to relevant legal frameworks to ensure that Company is an employer and supplier of choice.
2. Provide guidance to line management in relation to employee welfare and development, performance management and Company HR initiatives to enable a positive working environment which supports business strategy.
3. Operate and support recruitment projects according to the latest best practice and legal guidelines to ensure that Company attracts and recruits high calibre individuals who can contribute to the future development of the business.
4. Develop, guide and appraise the HR Administration team members to ensure they have the understanding, skills and competencies to achieve their own objectives.
5. Support and guide the payroll department,which plays a very important role to ensure that we pay all employees accurately, on time and in line with latest statutory guidelines.
Requirements
1. 8+ years experience in Human Resources and HR team management within an international fasted paced customer driven environment
2. Good knowledge of China employment law
3. Experienced manager of people
4. Experience of managing projects,strong in Staffing and C&B function
5. English fluency
