Description:
Job Description(工作职责)
* Performs data entry and inventory verification according to established procedures.
根据公司程序输入数据, 确认库存
* Direct the physical inventory operation assisted with in-house developed system.
在电脑系统帮助下，进行实物库存的盘点
* Inputs information into database system in line with the physical operations
根据实物操作，将信息输入数据库
* Prepare related operation documents through database system
从数据库中准备相关操作文件
* Verifies input data to ensure accuracy of completed work; ensure the system data is 100%
accurate with physical operation
保证输入信息的准确性，确保系统数据与实物库存100%相符
* Take part in the cycle counting to ensure inventory 100% accurate
参与盘点，确保库存100%正确
* Monitor and assist physical operation with help of database of system
在系统数据的帮助下，监督并协助实物操作
* Issue the stock transfer instruction based on system storage location anaylsis to optimize the stock status.
根据系统系统的存储库位信息提供移库信息以优化库存状态
* Record the in/out of consumable materials and maintain the proper stock level of consumable materials without any shortage for the project operation.
记录项目使用的耗材的进出量,维持适当库存量，确保项目操作所需耗材没有短缺。
* Update system with returned products accurately and timely.
准确及时的更新退货信息到系统
*Ensures strict confidentiality of client records.
对客户的记录严格保密
*Operation documents filing should be impeccable
操作文件正确归档。
*Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
完成主管安排的其它相关工作

Requirements(任职要求)
