ASSIGNMENT
- Perform TS (Technical Screen) on both potential and existing suppliers related to the new product inquiry
- Coordinate with BD to find the root cause if the suppliers can’t produce the qualified products after passing the TS and CS (Commercial Screen)
- Visit the factory to do the sample inspection after receiving the inquiry from BD
- Provide the Sample Report to SR group after processing the sample inspection and work with suppliers for unapproved SR
- Sign the master sample before the first order
- Work with QC on the first order sample inspection and provide the Sample Report to SR Outlook group
- Follow up with BD on the basis of DK PD’s (Product Development) suggestion for the unapproved SR related to the first order sample
- Together with BD and Purchasing to resolve the QP (Quality Problem) case
- Evaluate the Color Panel
Competence
Knowledge and Proven Experience
- College graduates or above, preferably majoring in wood working or furniture related area.
- Profound experience of wood working and furniture business; plenty of skills of production or quality control.
- Good command in English.
- Good skills of computer MS software
Capabilities/Motivation
- Be hardworking, have strong sense of responsibility.
- Self-motivated
- Can work overtime, especially in weekend and enjoy the compensatory leave.
- Good communication skills, team work spirit.
