JD:

- To be the safety manager of the business.

公司的安全经理。

- Manage the documents involving safety for the business.

管理公司涉及安全方面的文件。

-Communicate with relevant officers from government, such as Quality inspection and test bureau, safety inspection bureau and fire control bureau. Ensure all of the equipments follow the local regulation.

联系并处理政府中安全相关的人员及关系。跟当地质检、安全、消防等政府部门联系，使现场设备符合当地法规要求。

-Report to HQ for the safety issues.

向公司总部汇报安全方面事务。

-Specify the maintenance schedule with the production manager and follow up the schedule

-和生产经理协调制定维修保养进度表，并跟进实施。

- Make and follow the preventive maintenance plan

制定并跟踪预防性维修任务

- Maintenance of all equipments in the plant, keep the machines in good working order check replacing faulty parts (preventive and curative measures) and reduce the breakdown time

负责全厂设备的保养工作，保持运行良好，减少故障时间

- Collect information and propose all measures to improve products’ quality, client service, machines and work organization,

收集所有能改善产品质量的材料，并努力实施。

- Suggest investment plans and reduce the maintenance cost .Take part in the new machines description- keep up all the technical documents (electric diagram, suppliers documents ,operation manual …)，

- 提出投资计划降低维修费用 ，保存所有设备说明书、电气图纸等技术文件

- Inform the site supervisor or the production manager about any anomaly which could entail a danger, a breakdown or a production extra cost,

-通知现场主管或生产经理，所有可能导致危险、故障、产品损失的不正当操作行为。

- Follow consumables and manage spare parts stocks,

-从事维修耗材和备件的库存管理

- Respect and make staff to respect strictly all rules concerning regulation and quality,

-使本部门所有成员严格遵守所有关于计量、质量的相关规定。

- Manage the maintenance team ,such as mechanic and electrician

-管理维修队伍，比如电工、机修工等。

Other Demands：

- At least 5 years in maintenance with management;

- Good technical skills in electrical, BTS Automatism and mechanical fields;

- Familiar with computer and PLC systems;

- Reactivity, sense of client service, rigour;

- Basic written and spoken English.
