Purpose & general responsibilities of the position:
* To assist in CB administration work as assigned by ADM team leader.
* To assist in Office Service Administration.
* To back up the other ADM associates.
Specific responsibilities of the position:
* Office Service Administration
* Phone transferring and visitor/guest receiving
* Mail and courier handling
* Team work with other ADM members to ensure ADM daily work smoothly.
Other responsibilities:
* Always appear presentable and courteous along the lines of the global Maersk Line charter.
* Live the APM value.
* Follow all HR/FIN policy and guidelines as listed in employee handbook and issued by FIN department.
* Express thoughts and ideas for your personal training and development that will enable you to perform better in your current and future job functions in the company.
* Be prepared to take on ad-hoc task/project as required.
* Take initiatives for proper, timely action in all respects. Demonstrate constant care.
* Act strictly within the framework of corporate policy and within the level of authority vested by authorizing manager.
* Proactively advise any changes in your Job Description to be more reflective in your current job parameter.
* Give proper handover to your back-up colleagues in case of your travelling or illness to make sure the daily business handling is not interrupted.
Measurement/success criteria of the position:
* Smooth handling of assigned tasks
* Independently resolving problems
* Less complaints from both inside and outside company
Learning opportunities in the position:
* Team work and communication skills.
* Project management skills
Specific requirements for the position:
* Good command of English reading and speaking
