Working Experience : Prefer 2+ years of International organization
working experience

Skills : Office administration capabilities
Computer, presentation, and accounting knowledge/skill
Group management capability
Efficient Effective Communication
Team Player
Good command of English language (written and oral) and Chinese (written and oral)

Duties : Maintain relationship between company China and all China Chapters
Conduct and monitor administrative, finance, members management and other related matters of the existing and future chapters
Assists GM by means of feasibility studies / report on potential new chapter establishments
Assists new chapters in all process of petitioning for a new chapter
Assists GM, Event Manager to organize, coordinate all China/ Chapter events
Act as a liaison between chapters / GM / and USA
All other duties assigned by the organization / GM / Supervisor 举报 分享
