职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITES:

？ Lead SH retail team (15 stores by end of 2017) to achieve monthly sales target and profit target
？ Daily operation management—store merchandising. Promotion. Training etc.
？ Team building, people management and development
？ Build and maintain good relation with furniture/shopping mall people
？ Business development of designer channel to increase customer traffic
？ Cooperate with marketing and supporting team to improve sales result


REQUIREMENTS:
？ More than 5 years high-end consumer goods sales experience.
？ Solid retail experience. Experience of managing company owned stores highly preferred.
？ Highly passionate, confident and down to earth style
？ Basic English reading and writing skills


MEASUREMENT OF OUTCOMES & PROCESSES:
Performance of the above outcomes and processes will be measured annually.

To assist you in your development, an annual Performance Appraisal and Development Plan will be completed by the East Region GM at the end of each Financial Year. 举报 分享
