POSITION OVERVIEW职位概述
Assist Finance Manager to prepare forecasts of annual and quarterly budgets. Prepare financial reports as required. Monitors and analyzes department work and teams to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
辅助财务经理准备年度预算和季度预测。按照要求准备各种财务报表。管理和分析部门及团队的工作，在保持高水平准确性的同时提升流程效率及资源的使用。
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES岗位职责描述：
1. Responsible for check all accounting vouchers entries posting in finance system,
负责在财务系统中审核会计凭证及帐务审核过帐；
2. Complete domestic and foreign required monthly, quarterly, annual financial statements before deadline, and ensure all data’s accurately;
在规定时间内完成月报、季度、年度等国内和国外财务报表，并确保正确；
3. Cooperate and support auditor team to complete annual audit;
与审计师团队合作，支持完成年度审计工作；
4. In charge of monthly tax declaration and complete settlement and payment of annual Enterprise income tax;
负责公司月度税务申报和年度汇算清缴；
5. Assist Finance Manager to forecast quarterly and annual budget;
协助财务经理做好季度预测、年度预算工作；
6. Finance team training and daily work management.
财务日常工作管理及财务人员内部培训
7. Other jobs assigned by Finance Manager.
完成其他领导交办的工作。
QUALIFICATION岗位基本要求
1. Bachelor degree or above in Finance/Accounting discipline;
财务、会计专业学位；
2. Must hold Accounting licence;
必须持有会计证书；
3. Min.4 years of financial experience in manufacturing Industry (preferable in auto parts industry); working experiences of project accounting in foreign-funded enterprises is a plus
至少4年制造业财务经验（汽车零配件制造业***），有外资企业项目核算经验更佳。
4. Well versed in an ERP system, SAP system application experience is preferred.
熟练使用一种ERP系统，有SAP 系统应用经验更佳。
5. Proficient in tax declaration process, possess of accounting management and project accounting working experiences are preferred;
精通税务申报工作，具有成本和管理会计经验更佳。
6. CET-4 or higher level. Good reading and written English is must.
英语四级或以上水平，必须具备英文读写能力
7. Local Tianjin resident is preferred.
