POSITION OVERVIEW职位概述
Assist Purchasing Manager to complete the materials and MRO procurement. Work out the comprehensive supplier evaluation for MULT programs and set up strategic supply system, new source development is needed.
辅助采购经理完成物料、部品的采购工作。全方位评价供应商并建立战略性供货体系，包括新供应商引进等。

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES岗位职责描述：
1. Raise Purchase Order& Schedule agreement in SAP and notify supplier accordingly;
负责SAP系统的订单提交并通知供应商已经批复的订单；
2. Set up supplier database and ensure all data integrate and accurate, keeping files timely and report to manager;
建立供应商数据库, 确保各种数据完整、清晰，归档存放并上报主管；
3. Timely raise the application of payment request, deal with unpaid invoices;
及时提交申请，处理未付发票；
4. Execute purchasing strategy to introduce new supplier, control the scale of supply chain to meet the requires of company;
负责根据采购策略开发引进新的供应商，控制供应链规模以满足公司业务要求；
5. In charge of compile and implement purchasing cost save plan at the end of the year, control TCO and cost optimization;
负责分管采购产品年底降价计划的制定与实施，控制TCO并优化成本；
6. Responsible for product quotation, sourcing recommendation, collaborates with suppliers well to meet business requested.
负责新产品阶段的产品报价、供应商的定点等。协调供应商进度, 保证公司项目进度正常进行；
7. Involve in the certifications of customers, and participate the relevant training;
协调客户的部分认证，并接受相关培训；
8. Other jobs assigned by Purchasing Manager.
完成其他领导交办的工作。

QUALIFICATION岗位基本要求
1. Bachelor degree in engineering;
本科，理工专业；
2. Min.4 years of buyer experience in manufacturing Industry (in auto parts or Plastic Tooling industry is better), with supplier development experience is preferred;
至少4 年制造业采购经验（汽车零部件或塑料模具制造业***），有供应商开发经验者优先；
3. Familiar with procurement procedure, SAP using experience is a plus;
熟悉采购运作系统，有SAP使用经验更好；
4. Possess effective communication skill and time management skill;
具备交流沟通技能及时间管理技能；
5. CET-4 level or above, good reading and written English;
英语四级或以上水平，英文读写能力；
6. Local Tianjin resident;
天津户口；
7. Accept frequent business trips;
能够适应经常出差。
