Responsibilities:
Drive and achieve sustainable sales within Corporate Accounts in Greater China
? Ensure consistency across Greater China utilising best practice sales approach, acquisition and compliance planning for Corporate Accounts
? Act as the primary link/integration point across Greater China
? Work with the Large Customer e-Commerce Manager to define and develop the Large Customer Service offer and drive e-Application implementations in APAC
? Lead and coach Corporate teams across the region to drive high performance
? Manage internal stakeholders to ensure organisation-wide support of Corporate Accounts
? Identify and implement complementary service offers to provide differentiation for Corporate Accounts
? Drive and participate in strategic Corporate Account relationships at executive level
? Formulate and implement the Corporate Account strategy for Greater China in conjunction with Head of Corporate Accounts APAC, Head of Sales China, and Country Managers
? Lead a team of Corporate Account Managers to drive strategic account acquisition and development across Greater China
? Provide effective reporting mechanisms and business communications channels
? Demonstrate role model behaviour and provide a framework to develop the team’s skillsets and behaviours
? Liaison with cross functional teams including PSM, Inventory Management & Planning, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service and Finance to ensure a robust Value offer for Corporate Accounts in Greater China
? Recommend appropriate contractual parameters with Corporate Customers to optimise sales growth, build relationships and maintain profitability
? Conduct regular team meetings/briefings
Profile:
Essential
? Educated to degree level or equivalent with a business qualification
? People management experience, including managing remote teams
? Strong influencing skills amongst senior decision makers both within and outside the organisation
? Able to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels with excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
? At least 3 years proven experience in strategic account management
? Leadership skills
? Financial awareness and strong negotiation skills,
? Shows evidence of all the behaviours – RS The Way We Work
? Demonstrate the ability to challenge, build credibility and work with integrity at all levels within the internal and external organisation
? Understanding and experience of e-commerce solutions within a B2B environment
? Understanding of procurement strategies within a business environment and able to articulate value solutions to support customer needs

? Other Asian languages an advantage, but not essential
? Industrial or distributor background useful
