Job Title: Customer Marketing Manager, East China
Report East China Sales Head
Subordinates: 2
Responsibilities
1. Deliver the sales and brand growth objective
a. Drive core brands franchise growth through the key item load in, merchandising and sell through/out activity;
b. Successfully launch new property/product;
c. Maximize the key selling retail seasons (CNY, Kids Day, SummerHoliday/BTS, Golden Week 1001, 11.11/12.12 and Xmas/NY) through promotion/event flawless execution;
2. Route to market deployment
a. Implement China RTM strategy with full penetration in Top 70 cities via multi-channel distribution expansion;
b. Transit the NKA proven successful tool kit and guideline to acclerate the LKA development;
3. Continue enhance the in store Mattel Brand equity
a. Enhance the POSM management resonding to the channel development requirement which including shopper-oriented toolkits development, advanced forecast and on time fulfillment, operation platform and budget management;
b. Expande the Model Shop, Homebay (FP, Mega, TMS, HW, BB and BoomCo) 2.0, FP and TMS conner in key BBS;
c. Deploy the merchandising design and execution guideline levergaing the feedback from the quarterly retail audit;
4. Improve Execution of Business
a. Build up the QAP (quarterly action plan) cycle process with marketing and sales to diliver the plan in Quarter-1Month
b. Guide and control the Sales Promotion Budget investment to compliance to the sales strategy;
5. Sales Decision making support
a. Build up the discipline of the reporting system including the POS, Activity Execution Tracking and competitor monitring;
b. Diget the sales report and ttransit the Sales Report (Load in, POS, Distribution) analytics into biz implication to drive better decision making;
6. People/Team Management
a. Provide leadership and coaching to the regional customer marketing team
b. Work with MKT closly to replfect the front line feedback to support the brand initiation modify fit for the retailer and shopper;
c. Support the Brand and product training deployment;
Qualification
1. Required Knowledge/ Skills
? Strong biz sense and acumen
? Proved capability to get things done and drive the execution
? Team builder which good to work across functional areas, including Sales, Marketing, Operations/Logistics and Finance
? Strong verbal and written communication skills (both mandarin and English)
? Lead by example and Self-motivated
? Sense of urgency and tenacity
? Capable to biz travel (domestic travel up to 2 times per quarter)
2. Preferred Job Experience/Education
? 8 stretching experience in similar position with consumer goods industry strongly preferred
? 2+ Years people management
? Bachelor degree in Marketing, Sales or related majors; Master or MBA background is preferred
