职位描述：
Roles and Responsibilities:
？ Responsible for sourcing new Chinese supplier for technical commodity to meet Group procurement demand and manage supplier to deliver required product with good quality, on time and right cost.
？ In charge of supplier sourcing, assessment, procurement follow up, qualification plan, contract negotiation, and logistics management for assigned category.
？ Regularly visit suppliers in China and report project progress to sourcing manager.
？ Communicate with Group procurement team and Chinese suppliers both commercially and technically.
？ Support other investment project sourcing activities in China per instruction from Sourcing Manager.
？ Conduct market study and supplier screening for new categories.
？ Support BU on PO expediting and logistics coordination.

Requirements:

？ Nationality: Chinese
？ University degree of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
？ Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement and sourcing in Power generation industry.
？ Preferred procurement experience in large scale engineering/construction project.
？ Good technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical equipment.
？ Excellent communication in both English and Chinese, French is a plus. 举报 分享
