? Review and optimize the supplier’s manufacture process

? Monitor the manufacture activities according to the manufacture process

? Trouble shooting in case of deviation

? Reduce the cost by improve the manufacture efficiency and cooperation with supplier and customer

? Supporting NCR handling process

? Support supply chain together with PC and QM
支持采购部门和质量部门对供应链的管理
? Support design team
支持设计团队
? Coordinate the daily work of North China inspection team

Competence
任职资格
? Proficient in in manufacture process, such as machining and/or welding (>10 years)
精通制造工艺（机加工或焊接），10年以上经验
? Good knowledge of heavy industrial, such as hydro equipment
具有诸如水电设备的重工制造经验
? Good knowledge about inspection, such as dimension inspection and/or NDT inspection, will be preferable
如有尺寸检查或无损检查经验，将予以优先考虑
? Good communication skill
