职位描述：
JOB TITLE: Senior Industrial Engineer (CNC Tools and fixture design)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
？ -Responsible for CNC fixture and tools design, follow up the fixture and tools production schedule, create fixture and tools spare parts list
？ -Responsible for tools design for all workshops.
？ -Validating CNC fixture and tools, ensure fixture and tools satisfied the product design requirement
？ -Coordinate new product development process, tools and fixture for mass production validation and optimization
？ -Ameliorate tools and fixture design, making standardization, in order to gains in productivity
？ -Cooperate with production line to provide guidance and technical support for the tools and fixture use on-site.
？ -Cooperate with production line to provide analysis and solution for tools and fixture troubleshooting on-site, making conclusion technical report and fixture maintain technical document
？ -Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to product dimension problem solving
？ -Pro-active develop manufacture process and operation to increase flexibility and reduce lead times and costs.
？ -Assist and accomplish assignment from Head of Industrial Engineering, pro-active cooperate with production line
？ -Positively work out other activities from Head of Industrial Engineering

QUALIFICATIONS

？ -University degree in Mechanical engineering or related major
？ -At least 5 years working experience in CNC tools and fixture design, technology knowledge in the area of CNC machining
？ -Deep knowledge of CNC machining
？ -Good at tools and fixture design capacity, be able to use CAD, UG etc. 2D and 3D software
？ -Fluent English, both oral and written
？ -Good communication and coordination skills
？ -Able to work with dynamic changes and pressure
？ -Establish and complete manufacturing process working instruction, ensure the applicability and latest version validity
？ -Experience in machine supplier and machine selection.
？ -Experience CNC programming
？ -Experience in commissioning CNC machines
？ -SAP system experience is a plus
