Responsibilities:
1.Group reporting & controlling
？ - Prepare GEL monthly APL report, ensure the individual report comply with Group standard & IFRS.
？ - Contribute to financial analysis of GEL and provide KPI to management including Volume, Margin, fixed cost, investment, working Capital evolution etc..
？ - Support month end and year end closing for TLC sales and GEL.
？ - Focus on CAPEX controlling in line with group standard.
2.Group Budget & Long term Plan
？ - Participate in annual budget, specified in CAPEX for 3 legal entities and GEL budget package.
？ - Participate in Long Term Plan preparation, focus on CAPEX for 3 legal entities.
？ - Budget vs. actual analysis for CAPEX .
3.Finance Analysis
？ - Participate in monthly dashboard for analysis of u T/O, u COGS and u GMVC.
？ - Participate in monthly TLC COPA margin analysis.
？ - Other Ad hoc analysis request from line manager and CFO.
4.Business Support
？ - Participate in development of new business and new projects.
？ - Participate in development of finance system tool and finance system optimization.
？ - Make the recommendation to business management from finance point of view.
5.Others
？ - Participate in sales incentive calculation(quarterly & yearly) -TLC
？ - Cross functional cooperation with counter party and business partners.
？ - Ad-hoc projects
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree. Major in Accounting / Finance/ Economy, at least 5 years working experience in accounting or analysis field.
- Good communication and negotiation skills for partnership with sales, marketing, supply chain, purchasing and TCI reporting team.
- With good English, good sense of financial analytical skill and computer skills (especially on MS-EXCEL and ERP software).
- Ability to work independently and to have initiative.
