Customer on-site support Technician is a window person facing customers, ensures customer quality expectation being met including but not limited to customer safe launch, customer lot control, customer change control, improves customer satisfaction, solve customer return and complaint.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
- Understand and Analyze customer requirements
- Close contact and On-site technical support in customer side
- Original analysis of issues about warranty,0 kilometer, customer shop floor
- Collect customer complain and daily quality issues in customer side and feedback on time
- On site verify customer complain and daily quality issues, status and quantity of vehicle assembly, solving problems with customer
- Coordinate and follow up customer complains, conduct failure analysis, test and prepare report for internal and external reviews
- For return parts, warranty parts, verify and deal with customer
- Ensure major customer complaints are resolved in customer side
- If needed, on-site checking EPS problems with finial customer
- Launch service & support , if need, join relevant project meeting with customer
- Trouble shooting and documentation in vehicle test and development
- Assist/coordinate for product change in customer side during VAVE or engineering change or other quality break points
- Sorting and reworking activity lead in customer area; do active action in customer side
- Coordinate and train third party to do sorting and reworking, check and verify work effectiveness.
- Delivery issues coordinating and solving, for example lack of quantity, wrong label, delivery delay, and so on
- Outsourcing warehouse, check cycle count, verify quality and quantity of EPS
- Daily report and Weekly report, including 0 kilometer, process issues in customer side, warranty issues.
KEY COMPETENCIES 资格能力要求
- Bachelor/College in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or automotive engineering
- Good Communication Skill
- Strong Sense of Responsibility
- Driver’s license is a must
- Basic knowledge in vehicle, control theory and vehicle dynamic
- Working experience in automotive aspect preferred
- Could work independently with self-motivation
- Software experience is preferred.
