职位描述：
主要职责 Main Responsibility

1. Liaise with various promotions and agencies on all aspects of leads/show generation and promotions including site selection, negotiations, booth setup, and promoter recruitment, training and maintaining maximum ROI for each marketing activity or channel.
负责当地所有市场推广渠道管理、人员招聘、培训工作，优化投入产出

2. Support centers on Direct Marketing channels operation with specialists, especially on promoter recruitment, training, field coaching and data analysis for sales achievement support.
通过带领市场专员完成招聘、培训市场推广顾问以及支持学习中心完成每月直接到访任务

3. Lead the booth team to achieve monthly valid leads collection target through planning, executing and managing promotion booth activities.
通过良好的计划与管理，能带领团队完成每月客户信息收集的推广任务

4. Develop and organize the joint promotions with high-end shopping malls, database companies, membership companies and every other aggressive joint promotion approaches to enhance the brand awareness and sales.
开发并组织与各商家的联合推广活动以期增强品牌知名度与扩大销售

5. Evaluate every channel according to company KPI and arrange the coming month plan based on the analysis.
根据公司KPI, 评估各推广渠道的产出并作出相应调整

6. Check and maintain signage on regular basis and propose options for new and important signage
根据需求制定广告发布计划，并定期巡查维护

7. On behalf of marketing department, play as communication bridge between Marketing and center or other department for sales support and MKT message communications.
作为市场部代表，与中心以及其它部门良好沟通并配合完成工作

8. Be responsible for budget control
预算控制

1. University degree and above required

2. Excellent English and native mandarin

3. 工作经验 Experience:
10+ years’ direct sales or direct marketing experience. Better with experience in multilevel marketing or education.

4. 工作技能 Capability:
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment with strong Result/Solution-Oriented sense
