岗位职责:

Job Description:
1. Database management and development, big biomedical data integration
2. Analysis of biological networks and pathways
3. Mining of databases for protein-protein and drug-target interactions (such as Ingenuity, Drugbank, String, HPRD …)
4. Omics data analysis (transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics)

任职资格:

Job Requirements:
1. Master in Bioinformatics or Computer Sciences will be considered as a minimal level.
2. Knowledge of at least one of the following programming language: R, Python, Perl
3. Knowledge of SQL / MySQL
4. Basic notion of Biostatistics
5. Good knowledge of Windows / Linux/ Office
6. Knowledge of Cytoscape is preferred
7. Fluent in Chinese and English
8. Willingness to travel
