Responsibilities
- Lead sales team to achieve annual sales target;
- Execute sales strategy and sales plan;
- Manage and grow the customer portfolio for manned guarding, including client retention;
- Growing the number of guards, increase the prices in contract renewals etc.
- Oversees and manage all aspects of the account, order, revenue of manned guarding;
- Build strong relationship with clients creating respect and trust;
- Liaison with company technical experts to ensure high customer satisfaction;

Requirements
- College or above background;
- 5 years proven track record, with more than 3 year of “supervisor” or above experience;
- Experience in presentation, bidding and commercial negotiations;
- Service Industry, property management or events organization background
- Enough relationship with relevant players in the market to bring business
- Strong communications skills;
- Good Mandarin and better to have basic English skills 举报 分享
