职位描述：
? Initiating and developing Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement culture in the organization.
? Facilitating the identification of improvement opportunities and Lean Six Sigma projects.
? Training all employees in Lean Six Sigma methodology and Continuous Improvement techniques. Mentoring the projects to completion and measure improvements.
? Developing a project tracking system aligned with global systems and maintaining the project details and reporting to group.
? Measuring improvements and financial improvements and return on investments.
? Knowledge of Management – developing a system to collect, retain, assimilate and retrieve the process knowledge and six sigma projects.
? Coordinating with Group Lean Six Sigma functions and implementing the group initiatives in Lean Six Sigma.
? Initiating and rolling out employee communications on Lean Six Sigma.
? Facilitate employee team meetings to build cohesiveness and improve project team results
? Assist leadership teams in managing the operations in accordance with Lean and Six Sigma philosophies.
? Local management of LMPS implementation and maintenance.
Requirement:
1. Requires a four year technical degree and five years of continuous improvement experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Good communication skills and presentation skills
3. Driving ability to lead CI/IE project experience is a must
4. Willing to learn and grow with LM BAO plant.
