Key Responsibilities:
? 配合团队经理制定适合服务部门发展方向的培训体系，包括制度建立、资源整合及运营管理。
? 对培训效果做出客观评估，并协调各团队，提出新的培训方案。
? 开发新的培训课程，拓展培训渠道及资源，编制部分培训教案。
? 配合人事部门，选拔内部课程讲师。
? 管理及协调培训相关器材及场地。
? 配合团队经理制定部门年度培训预算。
Requirements:
? 人力资源或企业管理相关专业本科学位
? 大于5年培训或人力资源相关工作经验，熟悉培训相关工作流程，有一到两门沟通技巧相关课程培训经验
? 良好的人际关系处理能力
? 良好的计划及协调能力
