Main Responsibility Areas:
? Build up and manage the distribution networks of Uponor’s plumbing in the assigned region. 负责建立指定区域内的Uponor民用给水管路系统经销商网络。
? Prioritizes and schedules own activities so the targets in annual, quarterly, or monthly sales plans are met. 实施销售计划,完成年度,季度,月度销售任务。
? Visits existing and new customers, assesses customer needs, improves brand and product awareness, and suggests appropriate
products and services. Ensures effective implementation of marketing and sales strategies, plans, and campaigns.拜访区域内当前和潜在的客户,了解客户需求,提升品牌和产品知名度, 并推荐合适的产品和服务。确保市场和销售战略,计划和活动等的有效执行。
? Responds to customer enquiries, negotiates campaigns within limits of authority and concludes sales orders to meet revenue
targets. 在职位权限内根据客户要求建立合作关系,签订销售订单并达到销售目标。
? Maintains and develops customer relationships according to segmentation and plans. Builds positive personal relationships that
will generate future sales and repeat business. 根据区域计划维护和开发客户关系。建立广泛的人际关系以保障潜在的销售机会。
? Leads the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and compliance activities to ensure that all organizational
objectives are met. 领导制定和执行公司的政策、程序和合规性要求,以确保组织目标的实现。
? Refers sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so
that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.负责将信息(客户反馈和竞争对手的活动信息)及时
反馈给公司,以便公司制定适合的市场策略并更好的满足客户需求。
? Leads and manager performance effectively. Emphasizes learning and development, and challenges staff to continuously
improve key competencies. 有效的领导和管理团队绩效,强调学习和发展,并不断提高团队成员的竞争力。
Experience and Education:
? Professional degree (majorities of Water Supply and/or Drainage preferred). 大专及以上学历(供水或排水系统专业优先)
? Practical B2B sales experience of plumbing (给水管路) systems for approx. 5 years 五年以上塑料给水管路系统销售经验
? Excellent internal & external communication skills.较强的内外部沟通能力
? Self-initiative person, team player, strong personal commitment.较强的责任心及主动性
? Able to work under target pressure and with frequent business trips. 抗压能力强,能够适应经常出差
? Well organized and able to manage multiple tasks. 良好的自律性,能够管理多项任务
? Basic writing and reading skills in English language. 基础的英语读写能力
