职位描述：

^{_{Responsibilities:}}

• ^{_{Provide leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long term strategic financial objectives with alignment with the Group’s direction;}}
• ^{_{To be in charge of the overall financial planning, cost accounting, budgeting, tax issues, financial consolidation and reporting for the regional offices in PRC;}}
• ^{_{Evaluate and advise on the impact of long range planning, introduction of new programs and strategies and regulatory action for the regional office;}}
• ^{_{Provide management with advices on tax planning and the financial implications of business activities;}}
• ^{_{Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the company;}}
• ^{_{Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities;}}
• ^{_{Ensure effective internal controls are in place;}}
• ^{_{Maintain good relationship with bankers and investors.}}

^{_Requirement:}

• ^{_{Degree holder in Accounting & qualified accountant under ACCA/HKICPA;}}
• ^{_{Minimum 10 years financial exposure with at least 6 years working experience in PRC;}}
• ^{_{Property experience is a must;}}
• ^{_{Solid knowledge of Hong Kong and PRC accounting and tax systems;}}
• ^{_{Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, and the ability to exercise sound judgement and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses;}}
• ^{_{Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work under pressure}}
• ^{_{High level of integrity with a strong sense of urgency;}}
• ^{_{Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese;}}
• ^{_{Self-motivated and high degree of initiative;}}
• ^{_{PRC exposure in Management Accounting/ Agriculture & Wood/ PRC Property is highly preferred.}}
• ^{_{Stationed in Shenyang, China.}}
