职位描述：
Provide expert judgment and analysis for the design, development and implementation of technical products and systems relative to wire bonding.
Know and Study state of the art Processes for wire bonding bring the company up to world class practices on these by specifying such.
Design equipment, understand the reactions taking place, install control systems, and start, run and upgrade the processes.
Support the conversion of small-scale prototype processes into commercially viable large-scale operations;

Lead and direct the work of other special process experts:
Maintain and upgrade special process experts .skills in terms of common process tools, which include but not limit to PFMEA,Control Plan, DOE, Process capability study
Work closely with other engineers to monitor and improve the efficiency, output and safety of the plant;

Resolves highly WB complex technical issues and conducts advanced research.
Review existing data to see if more research and information need to be collated;
Make observations and take measurements directly, as well as collect and interpret data from the other technical and operating staff involved;

Recommends alterations to development and design of wire bonding to improve quality of products and/or procedures.
Assist in the materials selection, development of new processes & best practices for these processes and share these across all of Pressure and Force group and other sites of the company driving cost reductions through productivity improvements and communization of materials (sourcing reductions).
Establish outline MEMS specifications for wire bonding design and design input for wire bonding.
Assess processes for their relevance, and assess the adequacy of engineering equipment.

Performs a variety of tasks relative to special processes
Assure proactive process control through use of quality planning tools, statistical methods (SPC), and Design Of Experiments, including FMEA, Key Characteristics (KPC), Control Plans, and qualification protocols for new processes, products, and change management.
Prepare reports, flow diagrams, PFMEA, CP and charts relative to special processes:

Problem solving and trouble shooting when required.

Functional Knowledge, Skills & Competency
Wire bonding Automation Processing,Statistical Process Control,Process Validation and ,Qualification protocol,Failure Mode and Effect Analysis,Advance Product Quality Planning,DOE,Process capability (Cpk and Ppk)

Thorough knowledge of process, equipment, & Controls
Broad knowledge of the company materials and those available
Good knowledge of mix process technologies available
Able to set up appropriate SPC programs from scratch
Knowledge of the company procedures and industry standards
Practical experience of the tool for team participation

Bachelor of Science 4 year Engineering degree
Professional level training in Process Control
Specific training on wire bonding process and eqpt.

10 Years experience in wire bonding
5 years Hands On experience in process engineering

English fluent reading, writing, speaking required
Mandarin fluent reading, writing, speaking preferred
European languages beginner level beneficial

All basic office computing skills
Statistical Analysis Software (Minitab)
Able to read CAD drawings and models
