职位描述：
Follow instruction / processes / arrangement by leader and finish assigned task in production with high quality and high efficiency.
遵循作业指导书/流程/主管的安排，在保证质量的前提下高效完成指派工作任务；
- Report production problem, errors in time and fixed problem base on instruction
及时报告问题，错误，并根据说明书解决问题；
- Tasks assigned by the supervisor to support others
完成上级领导指派支持其他同事的任务；

- Technical High School, College diploma / bachelor技术学校，专科或学士；
- Major in mechanical, electronically or mecharonically; 机械学，电汽电力学专业等；
- read electrical drawings and Have basic Level of Electrician's Knowledge能看懂机械图纸并具有初级电工知识
- Has the advance technical skill according to Technical Make training assessment scheme; and basic practice in Micro office software CAD softeare, PLC, e.g. Excel, PPT and word; 以Technical部门的培训评估为依据，具备基本CAD PLC编程技术技能；并且具有基本的办公软件技能；
- read E-mail in English 能读英文电子邮件。
- Business results orientation; customer orientation; change management; collaboration & influencing;
以业务结果为导向，更好地完成事情；以客户为导向，能够了解客户的需求；能够接受改变；团结协作，能够提供支持；
- Open-minded; hard-working; able to work under high pressure;
