Responsibilities:
?Implement the recruitment & selection activities with quality and speed to support the fast growing business
?Position Control: Auditing of positions or requisitions to ensure that staffing plans comply with budget or organization standards. This may involve reconciliation of FTE allocations, headcount, titles, position grades/levels, etc.
?Recruiting Program Development - Designing and developing sourcing programs and tools, including technology for internal and external candidates
?Position Requirements - Assisting hiring managers with defining and validating key position requirements
?Manage the recruitment operation effectiveness including track of channel effectiveness: channel analysis, cost, turnaround, hiring quality and legal obligations
?Develop and enhance the ability to ensure greater utilization of direct hires
?Utilize market knowledge and research to ensure the most effective direct sourcing channels are applied for each hire
?Project ownership and management: Manage recruitment related change or improvement projects from inception through to completion
Qualifications:
?Experience of working in an international environment and be able to function in a matrix set-up organization, head-hunting experience is a plus
?Be familiar with market and its operation; up on recruitment channels as well
?Ability to work in a team and facilitate teamwork
?Possess high energy and a dynamic personality
?Possess a high level of integrity and ethics
?Strong communication skills (one-on-one, writing skills, presentation skills)
?High stress tolerance and be open-minded
?Must be organized and possess strong time and project management skills
?Have a high sense of urgency, results oriented
?Good command of Microsoft Office software, such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel
