职位描述：
JOB PURPOSE
? Administers a variety of human resource programs
? Performs human resources services such as handle recruiting activities and employee relationsand the requirement including policy implementation as well as other work assigned etc.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS

? Define recruitment requirements and profiles
? Be responsible for employee’s Job Description projects
? Implement recruitment and selection, provide candidates in terms of quantity and quality to meet the business plan and assist the organization development
? Manage the whole hiring process and be involved in recruitment and selection, including but notlimited to required application/approval, communication with identified candidates, offer and on-boarding preparation, etc
? Provide recruitment report
? Hiring channel management: set up and optimize sourcing, recruiting and selecting procedures toensure efficiency, cost reduction and selecting suitable and sufficient applicants.
? Support on HR projects to improve Employee Engagement
? Assist in on-boarding, probation review, short-term/permanent transfer, and termination process
? Other tasks assigned by manager.

BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS
? Bachelor Degree or above
? 3 years and aboveworking experiences in multinational companies
? Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
? Team work, result driven, willing to work under pressure
? Solid knowledge and understanding of Labor laws application in China.
