Job Description：
This job is to implement Lean and Six Sigma methodology to assist TriVista Team worldwide to provide operational improvements support that includes:
1. Problem Diagnose – Diagnose to quantify and identify problems.
2. Operation Process Improvement, this requests industrial engineering, process Kaizen, etc.
3. Supply Chain Optimization covering logistics, sourcing, procurement, and inventory management. Support in strategic sourcing, construct or optimize clients’sourcing processes and sourcing databases. Quality Improvement, conduct/Assist in supplier evaluation with on site auditing and logistic process optimization
4. Manufacturing Process Improvement
    1）Identify waste and lean implementation opportunities in a manufacturing setting by using proper diagnose method and other auditing tools. Identify, target, and prioritize those areas where the greatest opportunities for savings can be delivered.
    2）Identifying the root cause for the waste and opportunities, take relevant Lean/Six Sigma tools to implement the improvements
    3）Lead various team work on improvement activities, to participate as a hands-on individual contributor to assure successful implementation.
    4）Install all necessary controls for the processes to ensure sustainable implementation results 5）Track or assist client to record savings from the finance side and deliver timely report to client.
5. Other Administration Processes Improvement

Qualification：
1. Experience in Lean Manufacturing. Working with workshop personnel on performing either top level process mapping (VSM) or in process Kaizen improvement activities.
2. Experience with Six Sigma tools such as DFQ, D(P)FMEA, DOE and other statistical tools. This position requests logical and analytical skills that the candidate mostly find him/herself in the situation of logical reasoning the root causes and provide effective improvement recommendations.
3. Strong manufacturing experiences in various areas such as mechanicals, electrical, consumer products, OEM etc.
4. Strong Management skill/experiences are preferred, as in most of the circumstances the projects request the candidate work with the executive management of our clients, as well as drive different company (including Trivista) project team members to achieve stretching targets.
5. Experiences in new product launching and project management, familiar with time planning, scheduling of tasks, different phases of a new product that is about to launch into a factory.
6. BS degree in an Engineering discipline.
7. Certified Six Sigma black belt and or lean master as minimum requirements.
8. The candidate must be flexible and willing to fulfill multiple tasks.
9. Due to the nature of the position, and its influence on high value purchase orders, a great deal of value is placed on this candidate’s ethical behavior.
