职位描述：
POSITION: HR Assistant
LOCATION: ShangHai

Description:
Assist HRS in various aspects of the personnel management functions. (Including recruitment, C&B, PA etc.)
？ Assist the HRS to monitor recruitment and arrange interviews
？ Take part to the employee induction process, probation evaluation and contract management;
？ Assist HRS to process the settlement of social insurance, housing fund and other insurance declarations;
？ Update the staff information system;
？ Follow up employee attendance and leaving records;
？ Assist HR Supervisor to update the employee the performance evaluation；
？ Accomplish others tasks as requested


Requirements:
The position requires

- College degree and above
- A minimum of one years in a similar position
- Familiar with Local Labor Law and regulations
- Excellent administrative, interpersonal, time management & organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

岗位职责:

协助人力资源主管，根据公司人力资源管理政策与流程，进行员工的招聘面试、绩效评估、薪酬管理等人力资源管理工作。

？ 协助人力资源主管进行员工的招聘、面试；
？ 负责办理员工的招退工手续、试用期评估、劳动合同续订及其他异动作业；
？ 负责社会保险、住房公积金的申报和变更；
？ 建立并及时更新员工档案；
？ 追踪员工考勤管理及假期管理；
？ 协助人力资源主管完成员工绩效考核工作；
？ 完成上级可能交付的其它相关工作内容。
