职位描述：

Responsibilities:

• Pilot and control of the progress of the manufacturing program, in respect of the schedule

• Operate control system; ensure the system goes well without defect. Coordinate with system supplier to report and solve issues to make sure production isn’t impacted by defect

• Organization, coordination of Production Operators

• Management and control of the use of material means / equipments of production (accessories, equipments and raw materials)

• Communicate with planning, warehouse, lab and maintenance department to ensure production plans go smoothly and equipments in good condition

• Follow the instructions and orders of production supervisor and manager

• Necessary HSEQ management, regularly review and update Standard Operation Procedures and Work Instructions make sure procedures and work instructions are adequate and correct regarding HSE and
  Grease quality system

• Daily management of the HSE in the dominative area, report deviation, near miss and accident in time

Qualifications / experience required:

• College degree or above in chemical engineering, Mechanical or related

• 6+ years experience in manufacturing with 3+ experience in manufacturing management in international firms; Well known of ISO 9001/TS16949 and ISO 14001/OHSAS18001

• Good knowledge and skills in site improvement, PM, lean

• Good command on reading and written English

• Grease Production related work experience is preferred
