岗位主要职责（或工作内容）：
position responsibilities：
1. 支持公司技术相关事宜
Support technical issues in the company
2. 按照AVANTI技术流程画图并释放图纸
Create drawings and release drawings based on Avanti technical procedure
3. 检查其他工程师图纸或文档确认符合AVANTI标准
Check drawings and documents from other engineers to make sure it comply with Avanti’s specifications
4. 根据领导要求出差
Travel outside upon leader’s request
5. 新产品导入
New product introduction
6. 根据领导要求开发新产品
Develop new products based on leader’s request
7. 支持AVANTI其它BU，像澳大利亚，印度等
Support other BUs like Australia, India
8. 技术文档的组织及归档
Technical files organized and documented
9. 领导安排的其它任务
Tasks assigned by leader
10. IT技术支持
IT support

岗位要求：
job requirement：
1. 机械工程或相关专业学士学位或以上
Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering majority or related
2. 英语口语及书写流利
Fluent oral and written English
3. 2年以上机械设计相关经验
Above 2 years experiences in mechanical designing or related
4. Autocad和Inventor使用熟练
Good skills in Autocad and Inventor
5. 愿意出差
Willing to travel frequently
6. 可以进行高空作业
Able to work at tall heights
7. 良好的沟通技巧及团队合作精神
Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
8. 有风电行业经验优先
Experiences in wind energy is a plus
9. 有IT支持经验者优先

Avanti Wind Systems is a Danish company founded in 1885. It is a world leading manufacturer of ladder and lift solutions for getting safety up and down inside wind turbine towers. Avanti Wind Systems Manufacturing (Shanghai) Co. Ltd was established in 2006. Avanti China now has two factory in Shanghai and Tianjin with about 100 employees.

All machining of components are outsourced to sub-suppliers as our main focus is quality control and assembly of final products.
