职位描述：
本职位工作地点为北京，***。
1. Provide Regional technical support in Waterproofing business reporting to China National Technical Service Manager.
2. Provide technical expertise and support to Sales team, distributors and end users including waterproofing application on job site, Skilled in writing biding documents.
3. Maintaining professional relationships with Design Institutes to manage the early process including Project Initiation and Designer Specification.
4. To interface with customers, extracting the “value/s” and translating it to a potential business.
5. Travel based on projects to customer sites.
6. To interface and coordinate between functions in the company (R&D, Technical Service, and Sales) for the design, evaluation, and launching of new and customized products.

SKILLS/ABILITIES:
1. Knowledgeable on Waterproofing Standard and Technology.
2. Mature and articulate, strong interpersonal skills, ability to listen and address customers’ needs in a proactive manner.
3. Must be self driven and able to work independently; and value being a team player.
4. Good organization skills, excellent time and self management is a must.
5. Require good computer and presentation skills.
6. Skilled in use AutoCAD software.
